The hotel was wonderful, and clean, and the location was good close to the ocean. Had good-sized room with the shower and the bedroom plus comfortable bed, and protected with safe. The à la carte restaurant served lots of excellent food.

The hotel was fairly clean and gorgeous. The pool area was nice and the location was fantastic, very close to Puerto centre, and beach and the city center. And it was just a short stroll away from Cafeteria Berlin, ate there couple of times.

The room was impressive & brand-new with the shower, great views, for example. The location in a very pleasant area was incredible and there were commercial centres and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was placed within 30 km of the airport.

The units were good-sized with an extra folding bed. The location is very central, short walk to the center, green Puerto de la Cruz and the ocean and the town. Plus, Lake Martianez Leisure Park is easily reachable.

Staff was very good and hotel is clean and FANTASTIC! It was a joy spending time in the reasonably spacious and impressive room with the shower, a view of the mountain and the bedroom. This accommodation was in the very central location to better entertainment along the front.

The property was nice with courteous staff at the reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the room itself was reasonably spacious and impressive. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens was at a short distance from the hotel.
